Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Request: All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing and forwarded to info@equinebusiness.com.au for prompt processing.

Refund Schedule:

  1. Cancellations received before December 31st, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund, less a 20% processing fee.
  2. Cancellations made between January 1st, 2024, and January 31st, 2024, are subject to a 50% refund.
  3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after February 1st, 2024.
  4. Transfer of Registration: In the event of your inability to attend, you have the option to transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please inform us in writing of this transfer, providing details of the substitute attendee.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the conclusion of the event, utilising the same payment method used for registration.
  2. No-Show Policy: Attendees who fail to attend without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds or transfer options.
  3. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely occurrence of the conference being canceled by the organisers, attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee. However, the organisers are not liable for any ancillary expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel or accommodation costs.
  4. Force Majeure: The organisers disclaim liability for refunds in the event of cancellation, postponement, or alteration due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.

Additional Points:

  1. Early Bird Registrations: Early Bird tickets are non-refundable. Special conditions may apply, and refunds are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of registration.
  2. Partial Attendance: No refunds or discounts will be granted for partial attendance or unused portions of the conference.
  3. Speaker Changes: In the case of unforeseen circumstances leading to changes in the list of speakers or program content, refunds will not be issued.
  4. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to the conference's code of conduct. Violation of these standards may result in forfeiture of registration fees without eligibility for a refund.
